We’d love to hear all about your wedding plans! Whether you reach out through our website or slide into our Instagram DMs @woodsideproductionsllc, we’re here to chat. Tell us about your vision, ask any questions, and let’s see if we’re the perfect fit to capture your love story!
STEP 02
Consultation call
Let’s get to know each other! This is where we’ll chat more about your wedding plans, what you’re looking for in your photography experience, and how we can bring your vision to life. It’s also a great chance to put faces to names and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your big day!
STEP 03
Questionnaire/quote
After our call, we’ll send over a personalized quote based on everything we discussed. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll also send a short questionnaire to gather all the details we need for your contract.
STEP 04
Contract/Deposit
Once you’re ready to make it official, we’ll send over your contract for review. A signed contract and deposit secure your wedding date on our calendar. We require a 25% deposit to secure your date.
STEP 05
Engagement session
If your package includes an engagement session (or you’d like to add one!), we’ll set a date to capture some gorgeous, love-filled photos before the big day. It’s the perfect way to get comfortable in front of the camera and celebrate this exciting chapter in your journey!
STEP 06
Planning/assistance
We’re more than just photographers—we’re here to help! From vendor recommendations to timeline structure and general wedding advice, consider us a resource throughout your planning process. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we want your day to be as seamless and stress-free as possible!
STEP 07
Final call
It’s here—the day you’ve been dreaming of! We’ll be right there capturing every heartfelt moment, from the big ones to the in-between, so you can relive the magic for years to come. You focus on soaking it all in, and we’ll handle the rest!
STEP 08
Gallery delivery
Get ready to relive the magic! Within two weeks or less, you’ll receive a teaser gallery with a handful of highlights from your big day. Your full gallery will be delivered within three months or less, depending on the season and gallery size. Your photos will be hosted on a personal online website, making it easy to view, download, and share.
STEP 09
Prints and albums
Your memories deserve more than just a screen—turn them into stunning, tangible keepsakes! Our built-in print shop makes it easy to order high-quality prints straight from your gallery in just three simple clicks. With professional-grade printing and the highest resolution images, you’re guaranteed the best quality to preserve your wedding day beautifully.

Your gallery is yours to keep—no watermarks, no limits. You can download your photos as many times as you’d like, whether individually, as a full gallery, or just your favorites. While we have no plans to remove online galleries, we highly recommend saving copies as soon as you receive them to ensure your memories are backed up and safe forever!
